Guest addressing and return address printing are included with your order.

Your completed guest address spreadsheet must be returned to Ledgewood Fine Stationery within one business day of purchase. Please carefully review all names, titles, and addresses before submitting your spreadsheet. Your envelopes will be designed using the information provided.

Please spell out words that are typically abbreviated, including Alabama, Northwest, Drive, Road, Apartment, Post Office, and similar address details.

Ink colors printed on the envelopes may vary slightly from the ink color on the Christmas cards due to differences in printing presses and paper.

P R O O F I N G  +  A P P R O V A L S

A digital proof of your Christmas card and addressed envelopes will be sent for your review via email.

Proofs must be reviewed and approved within three days of being sent in order to keep your order on schedule.

Your order includes one complimentary round of revisions to the Christmas card design and one complimentary round of revisions to the envelope addressing.

Please review all spelling, names, dates, addresses, photographs, and other details carefully. Production will not begin until final approval has been received.

U P G R A D E S

White Glove Assembly and Mailing

Let us take care of the finishing touches for you. With our White Glove Assembly and Mailing service, your Christmas cards will be:

• Carefully stuffed into each addressed envelope
• Sealed and prepared for mailing
• Stamped with standard USPS postage
• Delivered directly to USPS for mailing

Pricing is based on the quantity ordered and includes applicable standard USPS postage.

Please note that White Glove Assembly and Mailing adds additional time to the standard production timeline. Once your printed pieces arrive at our studio, we will notify you that your cards have entered our assembly process. We will also notify you once your completed cards have been delivered to USPS for mailing.

If you have additional cards remaining after your addressed envelopes have been assembled and mailed, we are happy to ship those extras directly to you.

P R O D U C T I O N   T I M E L I N E

Once your final proofs are approved, your order will be sent into production and no further changes can be made.

Christmas cards typically require approximately two weeks in production after final approval. This production timeline does not include additional time required for White Glove Assembly and Mailing.

Proofing delays, late spreadsheet submissions, delayed approvals, and White Glove Assembly may extend the overall timeline of your order.

Once your order is complete, we will contact you to notify you that your order has shipped. For orders with White Glove Assembly and Mailing, you will receive an update when your cards enter assembly and another once they have been delivered to USPS for mailing.
